These small things might seem harmless, pero nakakabawas ng chances mo. Ayusin natin ‘yan.

Red Flag #1
🔴 “Too much info, too little value.”

Bawat line sa resume mo should add value.
Ang haba ng resume mo, pero wala sa format or hindi klaro yung skills? Tendency: tatamarin basahin.
✅ Fix: Stick to 1–2 pages. Use bullet points. Highlight results, not just responsibilities.

Red Flag #2
🔴 “Generic objectives or buzzwords.”

“To be part of a dynamic company where I can grow…” — We’ve seen it a thousand times.
Nagmumukhang copy-paste, not personalized.
✅ Fix: Replace your objective with a short summary:
“Fresh grad with leadership experience in org work, skilled in project coordination and content creation.”

Red Flag #3
🔴 “Typos, wrong grammar, inconsistent formatting.”

First impression pa lang, mali-mali na. Kahit magaling ka pa, baka hindi na mabasa ng recruiter.
✅ Fix:
• Proofread.
• Ask someone else to read it.
• Keep font sizes consistent. Use alignment and spacing properly.
