At Executive Genesis Services Inc., "We Develop People" has always been more than a tagline.
It is the belief that shaped how we recruit. How we deploy. How we treat every worker who passes through our doors.
And in 2026, it is the belief driving something new — something that goes beyond the workplace entirely.
This year, ExeGen proudly launches the ExeGen Saturday School Program — a community-based values formation initiative designed for children in the Cubao community, right in the heart of where ExeGen has called home for over three decades.
Why We Started This
Across urban communities in the Philippines, the signs of a growing challenge are hard to ignore.
Incidents of juvenile delinquency — petty theft, street violence, gang involvement, bullying, and substance exposure — are not simply headlines. They are realities faced by families in densely populated communities every day. And behind every statistic is a child who lacked a safe space, a constructive activity, or a caring adult who showed up consistently.
ExeGen sees this. And ExeGen believes that waiting for social problems to worsen is not an option.
The Saturday School Program was built on a simple but powerful conviction: positive intervention during childhood can significantly influence a person's long-term behavior, confidence, discipline, and decision-making.
Rather than addressing problems after they occur — ExeGen chose to create a space before they do. A Reflection of Who We Are
Thirty-plus years ago, Executive Genesis Services Inc. was founded with the belief that every Filipino worker deserves a legitimate job, a real contract, and a fair wage. That belief has never changed.
The Saturday School Program is its natural extension — a reminder that developing people does not begin at the point of employment. It begins in childhood. In communities. In the small, consistent acts of showing up for someone who needs it.
We Develop People. In the workplace. In the community. From the very beginning.
